This course provides the essential tools and knowledge to run efficient, robust and adaptable operations in warehouse and inventory functions. Analysing these two fundamental aspects of the supply chain, the course delivers in-depth knowledge of:

Course Objective


The course is designed to provide the learner with the knowledge, practical skills and understanding required to operate effectively as a Supervisor or Line Manager in a Warehouse/ Logistics environment.
