Introduction:

This specific training offers to participants a variety of substantial information about creative strategic planning and leadership from concept to application. It will tackle the principles, tools and methodologies pertaining to strategic planning, analysis of the companies’ current situation from internal and external perspectives, the main issues and challenges faced, as well as goal setting. Beside that, the workshop will address general themes related to decision making, problem solving area and performance management. How will this seminar be conducted?

Leadership Skills: From Concept to Application
