Introduction:

This specific training provides participants with a comprehensive background in the area related to management supervision and decision making. It mainly builds and develops people capacity in managing and supervising staff in the workplace. General supervisory skills tackle several topics related to decision making, managing company’s resources, setting work priorities, identifying various tasks/assignments/and activities to achieve a desired goal, result and outcome. This can be best accomplished through a broad range of subjects related to accountability, professional responsibilities, planning and organizing, effective communication, and monitoring work progress. As a matter of fact, managers and supervisors have to set clear targets for all employees, allocate adequate resources to achieve the set goals within a defined time line. We believe that management supervision is a well integrated process of motivating and rewarding staff, creating a productive work environment based on mutual trust and transparency as well as making effective decisions taking into consideration the good choice and risk factor. 



How will this seminar be conducted?

It is going to be a 5-day seminar through which participants will interact and discuss together the essential areas related this subject. Accordingly some practical exercises, self-tests and videos will be shared with all participants to increase their awareness about this theme in particular. Beside that, the training will help participants to develop their competencies and attitude on how to manage and supervise staff at work. In this respect, some group activities will be assigned to all delegates to help them better gain some valuable information and acquire some skills required for their scope of work.
