Introduction
This Purposeful Leadership training course
explains the "why” of leadership and should be a guiding light that provides
clarity and direction when dealing with the complex situations that come with
leadership. Unfortunately, leaders sometimes find themselves in circumstances
where their leadership role is detached from their purpose, making it difficult
to lead with the passion, drive, and engagement needed to demonstrate their
best selves. However, when a leader is in a role that aligns with their core
purpose, they can maximize their effort, intellect, emotional and social
intelligence and achieve outstanding results.

momentum especially when circumstances are volatile. It is then that leaders
