Introduction:
This course reviews the main theories developed to study
leadership, and examines their applicability and relevance to various situations. The participants will be able to differentiate between the various
styles, and determine which one would be the most appropriate in any given situation. This course also introduces the participants to Tribal Leadership, one of the most recent developments in the study and application of leadership frameworks. Tribal Leadership is about organizational culture, where groups of three become nucleus to building a thriving, positive, and productive organizational culture.
Objectives:
The objective of this program is to study and analyze the different leadership
theories, and understand the situational context in which they would be most
effective, so that the participant would be able to select and apply the most appropriate leadership style in the work environment. Leadership is strongly linked to personal effectiveness, which applies not only in the professional environment at work but also to one’s personal life and other activities.
