Introduction

The Managing Self and Leading Others training course provides an integrated leadership framework that connects personal mastery with effective people leadership. Participants explore how self-awareness, leadership mindset, emotional intelligence, and learning agility shape professional behaviour and influence, before applying these capabilities to communication, collaboration, team leadership, and leading change.

·         Self-leadership under pressure: managing energy, focus, and emotional responses

·         Emotional intelligence as a decision-making and performance capability

·         Self-mastery, confidence, and resilience in demanding leadership roles

·         Developing a growth-oriented leadership mindset for sustained performance

·         Personal effectiveness: leading priorities, time, and attention

Day 3 Leadership Communication, Influence, and Stakeholder Engagement
