This specific training offers to participants some significant information and business cases about preparing and developing leaders in organizations. It mainly covers the fundamentals and essential area related to leadership, problem solving, decision making, goal setting and communication. The course will basically highlight the role and responsibilities of future leaders to guide and help staff and teams in better managing their day-to-day activities and projects. Beside that, we will address some challenges faced by leaders and how they should make rational, legal and ethical decisions based on risk area. By end of this workshop, we will provide participants with some insights and valuable tips on how to plan, lead, control, coordinate and manage employee performance and productivity in the workplace in the most effective and efficient way.



How will this seminar be conducted?

It is going to be a 5-day seminar through which participants will brainstorm and work together in order to better understand and implement the concept of leadership in organizations. Accordingly some practical exercises, self-tests and videos will be shared with all participants to increase their awareness about this theme. Besides that, the training will help participants to develop their competencies and perception on how to lead employees and teams at work. In this respect, some group activities and tips will be assigned to all delegates to help them better recognize the value and importance of leading, coordinating, controlling and managing effectively their staff and organizations.

 Providing some helpful guidelines and advice on how to lead people and enterprises. 



Day Two

Effective Decision Making & Problem Solving

 Defining the concept decision making and its whole process. 

 Explaining the importance of decision making in managing conflict in the workplace. 

 Describing the behavioral and analytical aspects of decision making process. 

 Providing some explanation about decision making and problem solving area. 

 Learn how to assess the risk and make rational, ethical and legal decisions. 

 Increasing understanding of others and promoting a healthy work environment. 



Day Three

Goal Setting & Prioritization

 Defining the concept of goal setting and its methodology.

 Providing the frameworks and tools to set SMARTER goals and objectives.

 Discussing the various types of goals and their importance in a business context. 

 Introducing the principle and techniques of goal setting and motivation. 

 Explaining the main differences between short, medium and long-term goals. 

 Identifying work priorities and setting clear goals and business/action plan. 



Day Four

Communication & Time Management Skills

 Highlighting the importance of communication and time management.

 Assessing your communication skills and devise a plan for continual improvement. 

 Projecting a professional image and ensuring a productive work environment.

 Communicating effectively with staff and understanding employee needs and concerns. 

 Enhancing employee relations and building professional rapport with people. 

 Sharing some tips and advice on how to effectively communicate and organize oneself.

Presentations & Feedback

 Delivering short presentations about selected topics.
